I have been doing the Kellog’s Special K with Berries diet. I have to say I’ve lasted longer than I would’ve trusted myself to, but of course I always have my crazy obstacles that kind of throw me off my road of success.
Those obstacles being; my friends and of course family and social events that happen in between. I kind of drifted off the diet for a couple of days and began another fresh week this week. Then this morning Rachel decides to order Chinese food and guess what?!
I ordered Angel hair with Crab Ragoons. It was so delicious and to tell you the truth I didn’t eat the whole thing. I mean they give you a whole bunch almost to serve five or six people so I am happy to say that I did save some for later or maybe tomorrow. I could’ve said no, but I didn’t. What’s done is done right?! Now I wish I had big cup of coffee to wake me up from those hidden MSG they pretend not to use.
I noticed on this picture I got at Google that you can crush the cereal and put it as a yummy topping for your Ice Cream. It's really good you really should try it. It's great too because it's not a fattening toppings like jimmies or gummies and all those fun not so good toppings we're used to.
